    How would you distil our work into one sentence?

    What's been most challenging?

    “The most challenging thing has been sitting with the uncomfortable feelings that arise in my body. And kind of finding an awareness around my innate response to resist feeling those emotions in the moment.”

    How has your relationship with our body changed?

    “I'm definitely more kind to it and listen to what it is truly trying to tell me. Not only in my workouts or my movement, but just in my life in general. And as a result, I'm able to find flow and ease with what would otherwise feel tough and strenuous.”

    “That I have an innate proclivity to rush hard movements or to skim through difficult concepts when I know I want to slow down and enjoy the juicy challenging process because it's where I will evolve and expand the most.”

    “The short morning practices in the program have been, and continue to be very useful tools for me to find presence… in creating awareness around my body's desire to tense up. It’s created a level of calm I didn’t know was possible for me.”

    • Neurotic dogma with little space for nuance, based on the avoidance of negative outcomes (fear-mongering), where you’re a disciple in a system that doesn’t adapt to the reality of life

    • Group coaching calls full of lovely but irrelevant social chit-chat and sharing, but short on the potent, actionable work you need
