No life coaching. No movement dogma. No talk therapy. No empty promises. You will be guided to guide yourself. You’ll apply the highly-effective teachings in your daily training practice for profound results. This is scalable to all levels: pro + olympic athletes and grandparents (60+). 9 x weekly 90 min calls
— Calls start Weds 5th August (Tuesday 4th for USA/CAN)
