STEP ONE: Strong Foundations for Success

  • 1 x Movement Foundation Session ($500AUD value)
    — A 2 hour 1:1 session with Jack to introduce you to key material
    — Receive personalised adjustments + present-moment feedback

  • 1 x MEM Foundation Session ($620AUD value)
    — A 3 hour session with Minos: 2 hours, then 1 hour the following week
    — Reveal + dissolve core emotional conflicts hindering your growth

STEP TWO: Learning, Training + Emotional Support

  • 9 x Weekly Integrative Movement Classes ($3150AUD value)
    — A full-body deep to superficial curriculum, delivered in 9 parts
    — Each class is 1 hour practical learning + 30 mins Q&A
    — Class summary + recordings available for those who can’t attend

  • Weekly MEM Clean Up Sessions x 9 ($1300AUD value)
    — A 1 hour 1:1 session to find + dissolve emotional triggers
