How it works

One to One Mentorship is a 6 month program, working together online.

Applications are chosen from a waitlist based on:
— When you applied (those waiting longer are contacted first)
— How aligned your vision is with my ability to support you

Above all else, mentorship is an all-in commitment to honesty, openness and integrity.
— Honouring yourself + your relationships
— Taking care of your body, mind and soul
— Working on yourself, through movement, psychology and purposeful service / business.

Our process looks like:
— A weekly check in to reflect + re-orient
— A call together every 2 weeks (1 hour)
— As-needed text, audio or video message conversation

This is a 6 month process (two payment options):
— A$7200 x 1
— A$555 x 13 fortnightly payments
— your application fixes this price and the price won’t increase while we work together

If your application is chosen, our next step will be a 20 minute strategy call to meet and outline your priorities clearly before we officially start.

Our approach is simple

  • Mitigate pain, injury and stagnation by finding your body’s energy leaks, weak links and sensory blind-spots.

    As your body transforms from rigidity towards adaptability, you’ll be able to interact with the world, and others, in totally new ways.

  • We all have diluted minds, to some extent — full of unexamined thoughts and conditoned belief systems we gathered in early life.

    To gain clarity, we need diverse reference points: people, practices and principles to act as anchors to truth.

    We’ll practice reflection, individuation and lovingly reveal and release the unconscious pattens sabotaging your growth.

  • Feel grounded, centred and unshakeable by creating a genuine sense of safety in your body.

    Most people seek safety in their environment, yet never feel internally safe because they lack the neurology to dissipate stress effectively.

    The things you avoid or struggle with now will become enjoyable challenges you crave.
