The atheistic bypass

You may not believe in a GOD.

Yet you act as one who does.

Because whatever you identify with most, functions as a GOD to you — Generating, Operating and Destroying your worldview.

We all have a “most high”, you see.

In this finite world, worship isn’t a preference — it’s a condition.

Your life path is your path of worship.

You worship that which you choose to connect with most often.

You worship that which you value or covet.

You worship through your actions, intentions and words.

So, you may believe you’re an atheist.

But in you, I see a devout pilgrim on a defined path of non-belief.

Are you really an atheist?

Or have you reduced the divine to such a degree that you feel justified in rejecting it?

You aren’t supposed to understand. It’s bigger than you. That’s the point.

Offer yourself (fore-give) at the altar of the unknowable, with an open heart.

Wisdom seeks humility.

When the unknown is our chosen frontier, we are priests.

And when being right about is more precious to us than learning through connection, we become exactly what we fear most: foolish fanatical tyrants.
