This year, I’m taking a group of tenacious, body-minded individuals through a one year plan — to create gradual, enjoyable and lasting change at every layer of your being.
The plan comprises 3 modules of 16 weeks each (48 weeks total).
Baseline is the first module.
In each module, you get:
Weekly live sessions x 12 (teaching, guided practice, group sharing, guests)
Weekly pre-recorded sessions x 4 (prioritising rest, reflection and integration)
Daily wellbeing + vitality practices
A 3-day-per-week movement program, to help you build strength, mobility and body-connectivity that will assist in whatever other hobbies or adventures you undertake
Even if you intend to do the whole year, you aren’t locked in.
You can start with Baseline, and decide based on your results whether you want to continue. If you realise the program isn’t for you, tell me within the first 28 days and I’ll refund you.
Our weekly 1 hour live sessions will be at 8am Tuesdays, Sydney time.
London (GMT) — 9pm Monday
New York (EST) — 4pm Monday
Los Angeles (PST) — 1pm Monday
Remember to factor in clock changes…
Sunday April 6th, Sydney clocks go back 1hr: AEDT → AEST.
Sunday 5th Oct, Sydney clocks go forward 1hr: AEST → AEDT.

Module 1: February 18th – June 14th
Module 2: June 16th – September 28th
Module 3: September 29th – December 31st
All sessions are recorded so if you can’t make it live every now and then, don’t stress. All of this is for you, to support you.
Investment (AUD):
$3600 per module
or 16 weekly payments of $225
Module 1 (BASELINE) starts 18th February
