We have three modules of four lessons each. These lessons cover the essentials to supercharge your body’s healing and movement.

About Your Teacher

I’ve been repeatedly broken down and rebuilt by pressure and responsibility. Softened and renewed by unexpected human tenderness and joyful synchronicity. Matured through sport, movement, teaching and relationships.

I’ve trained multiple pro + olympic athletes, mentored team leaders and coaches, and delivered focused development workshops for therapists in various fields.

I’ve had my ego destroyed by pride, self-criticism and delusion — then set free again by grief and love — which have reminded me that pure intentions, sincerity, bravery and humour are worth more than any accolade.

Therefore, my first and most valuable offering as a guide is my presence, and my individuality.

My second is my specific skillset, best summarised as movement — of all layers from body to spirit.

Attuned represents a body of work I’ve continually developed over more than 15 years through various disciplines and mentors… I estimate 20,000 hours spent in my own practice, study of healing, or high performance coaching.

What an aetherbody session feels like...

First, you’ll attune — saturating your body with pure awareness to melt restrictions around the joints, fascia and breath. We use certain postures to induce flow states (psyche-body coherence) where presence is timeless and movement is effortless.

This creates the neurological space to adapt, rather than recoil into old tension and pain patterns. The training is challenging but artful. You’ll learn to access a zero-point state, allowing sensations to pass through and revealing much you’re truly capable of.

Finally, you’ll leave feeling lighter than you arrived. Revitalised, yet objectively stronger and more functional. Sessions end with breathing + guided relaxation practices. You’ll carry the zen with you, sleeping better, digesting better and mitigating next-day soreness.
