Tune your body to perform at levels you’ve only ever imagined.
The game of life is wild.
Success is part mojo, part preparation.
Performing at the highest levels requires a rare kind of self-mastery, and a body that deliver the vision.
I'm here to help you develop physical prowess and movement expression — from deep inner stillness.
You might be feeling more painful, stiff and restricted than you’d like.
And you know it’s affecting you in key moments.
You don’t want to be hesitating.
You aren’t here to tip toe around pain, tension or residual stress. You’re here to create something.
You want a body that’s comfortable and capable.
“Demon hands. Buddha heart”
Strong, open posture. Deep, relaxed breaths.
Restful, and ready to intuitively unleash in precisely the right way, in precisely the right moment.
This kind of poise isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional. Psychological. Energetic.
And more than that, it’s magnetic — to the opportunities meant for you.
A one in a million life doesn’t come by accident.
It comes by equipping yourself with the tools and the body to express all of what you are.
“My expectations of what’s possible have been blown out of the water.”

International Level Javelin Athletes, Andy White and Liz Gleadle (3 x Olympian) spent three weeks in Byron Bay training to address weak links and amplify their natural athleticism.
About You
You’re tenacious. You take risks and back yourself.
And whether you meant to be or not, you’ve become a role model.
You thrive under pressure. It helps you zone in.
You’re alive to see what’s possible, not what’s “reasonable” and definitely not what’s “normal”.
And your dream is to live a rich, soulful life that inspires not only you, but also those who cross your path.
But… you’ve been living in pursuit mode for a while now, and your body’s starting to feel the effects.
Aches, pains and tension are knocking. It’s obviously the stress and the load you carry.
But knowing that doesn’t fix it, or make it acceptable.
And the harder you push to force a spark (lifting, running, training harder) the more stiff, sore and broken you feel.
The yin practices are nice: yoga, meditation, hikes, swims… but they alone aren’t enough.
You need a way of training that is as potent as it is therapeutic.
Training that builds and revitalises.
Because a nose-to-the-grindstone attitude will leave you blunted.
This is a season for the integration of opposites:
Fast meets slow. Strength meets softness. Power meets precision. Momentum meets restoration.
You’ve listened to the health podcasts. You’ve read the books. You’re a smart, analytical problem-solver. Intellectually, you’re sharp — and you’re hunting for the X factor.
And you’re as tenacious as they come — so when you find a method that works, you’re all in.
You’ve found it.
Integrative training that aids your function on every level.
Inner clarity.
Smooth energy.
Performance that feels grounded and electric.
A brief introduction
I am someone who has been broken down and rebuilt — by pressure and responsibility.
Achievements, and heavy, heartbreaking losses of many kinds.
Softened by unexpected synchronicities.
Known through achievements in sport, movement, speaking and coaching.
My teaching approach is:
1. Humanistic: as Jung said — “Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.”
2. Ecological / Constraints-Led: creating contexts for movers to become autonomous problem-solvers, rather than disciples or drones beaten into compliance with the coach’s favourite system
3. Principle-Driven: zooming out and distilling universal principles to enrich daily processes and achieve unmatched physical transformations
4. Minimalistic / Zen: focusing on revealing what is essential, keeping the process spacious and intuitive, and avoiding unnecessary complexity
My primary offering is always my presence and humanity. I’m a human, before I’m anything else.
Second to that is my skillset.
Developed through around 20,000 hours of training, formal and informal study, experimentation and working closely with high profile athletes as well as elite performers in the realms of business and creativity.
