WHAT TO EXPECT

Panthera is a program you can take with you anywhere… It’s beautifully minimalistic in that you only need a set of rings.

But what makes it so special is the intent YOU put in. Every breath and every repetition is an opportunity to channel a particular quality of mind.

And in a world obsessed with doing more, sometimes we could benefit from doing a little less — but with more of an all-in attitude.

I suggest printing out the sessions and going old school: writing down your performance metrics in the blank weekly spaces provided.
